Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Note: Items bought on sale or promo are non-refundable.


Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you can choose:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A full refund (only for wrong or defective items)

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.


Return Process

  1. Contact us within 3 days via WhatsApp or phone
  2. Share a photo or video showing the issue
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  4. Return the item as directed

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or faulty.


Wrong or Defective Item?

Let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
